Customer Review: Great game for those who love tactical game play

After reading all the reviews about this game, I was hyped to finally play it on my console. However after a few hours, the game began to lose my interest. This game is a great tactical first person shooter. Meaning you can control what your AI team mates do. The realism is also phenomenal! But the controls at times can be cumbersome and the game play is very unforgiving. If you get shot twice, your dead! So in all, if you are hardcore first person shooter, who loves realism, this game is for you! For those who like some slack and just want to play to have some fun, blow some rounds, and win levels, try another game.Customer Review: Great game

This is a great game. yeah it is hard and you need to use strategy to accomplish the missions, but why should that upset you? i always agreed that the harder the game the better it is. Awsome game specially if you are into squat-based tactical shooter games, or even if you dont, I can assure you will have quite a good time playing through the game`s main campaign. I havent played online yet cause I care more about the main campaign, however after I finish it I will connect to xbox live. I have been able to peek at the multiplayer maps and it seemengly runs smoother than the main campaign, like a better frame rate kind of thing. The graphics of this game are pretty good with very life like enviroments and an exellent recreation of Mexico City. It takes about an hour to get used to the HUD to issue orders to your ghost squat and other gadgets the game offers, but once You feel comfortable with the control scheme you will have such an enjoyable experience. The computer controlled AI, though has to be tewaked quite a bit for near comming games of the series specially for the ghost squat. This game really turned out to be a great game and it shouldnt eventually disappoint anyone. Despite the graphics are trully next gen and realistic when compared to the latest graphical achievements such as CO4 and uncharted, you would pretty much say that they still can be improved. Yet this a very good looking and playable game. Now I am looking forward to play GRAW2 and RS Vegas which look and play awsome too. By the way amazon offers a very good retail price for this game at $29 us, it is a very good deal. Furthermore, the game came in a very good condition and totally sealed and new. Just keep in mind that it is labeled as greatest hits which has a gray frame and not the whole picture.

I totally loved this game although i played it after completing Call Of Duty 4 the graphics were no where as impressive as CO4 but the gameplay itself was brilliant.
I would say yes there are a lot of movements that require a number of different button uses on your 360 controller but you will soon get used to these.I had some problems at times swapping from the drone to my soldiers under my command including the Helli and the tanks at times sometimes choosing the wrong support. Also there is a problem in this game and i have been told there are a number of them although i only encountered one. Somehwhere towards the end of the game you might get stuck on the roof tops there are a number of enemy anti tank guards on the ground get your tanks to take these out do not shoot them otherwise you will get stuck on the roof tops and you will spend eternity there and never be able to get down.Other than that plan your attacks or counter attacks carefully very good game i am now looking forward to playing GR2.

-Slideing!,there isnt alot of games where you can slide but this one does it well but make sure you have alot of space to slide becasue you can slide far.
-3rd person view,im a big fan of 3rd person
-HUD has news reports sometimes and you can see what your teammates see

-in training you cant identify the text
-Squad AI,they run out over corners and sometimes move without me telling them to move
- take cover feature,you wall cover automatically, good idea but you can go against a wall and then pop off the wall again or if you wanted to look over a corner you might go past the corner trying to wall cover and then your found out.
overall this game is a great game to have
i recommend getting it
