Video Game Reviews of Assassin's CreedCustomer Review: Entertaining but a little repetitive. Summary: 4 StarsOverall Assassins Creed was a great experience. The graphics were outstanding and really showed how great they were when climbing high above a city or village. The gameplay was good overall. Sometimes that battling could get repetitive. You really only use one button to attack and whether you defend yourself depends on the timing of pulling the right trigger. I would have like to have seen something a little more complex, but this got the job done and kept me intrigued with the game until the end. I would recommend this game to people to play and beat there really is no replay value once you beat the game. That is unless you are a person that has to finish a game to 100% instead of just the story line. If you finish the game completely you will be spending countless hours searching for flags in the different cities and kingdoms. But once again this game is worth buying and playing. Cant wait to get my hands on the second one.
Customer Review: Great Game with only one complaint Summary: 4 StarsI had fun with this game. It was very realistic, and some of the views were just amazing. Mechanics were very good as well. My only complaint was that it got a little repetitive. It wasn't so much that it ruined the game, but it was enough that I started to get a little bored with it.
Still highly recommend it for anyone that likes the stealth genre.
Customer Review: Deserved The Platinum Hit Award Summary: 5 StarsSo, I just bought Assassin's Creed because Assassin's Creed 2 looks amazing and I heard it's like watching a sequential movie, you can't watch 2 when you haven't seen 1. So I got it and I didn't expect the graphics to be good but they're almost like a 2009 game. The story mode is genius I don't want to give too much away.
In September 2012, bartender Desmond Miles is kidnapped by Abstergo Industries, a pharmaceutical company, for use as a test subject in the Animus, a device that can read the memories of Desmond's ancestors through the "genetic memory" left behind in their descendants' DNA, then allow Desmond to simulate the experiences of his ancestors in a virtual reality environment. Abstergo intends to put Desmond in the device to simulate the memories of a particular ancestor, Alta?r Ibn La-Ahad, a member of a clan of Assassins, specifically Alta?r's experiences during the year 1191 as part of the Third Crusade in the Holy Land. Desmond has trouble adjusting to the device, but eventually relives Alta?r's exploits over the next several days. The game then primarily takes Alta?r's point-of-view, with occasional swaps to Desmond when he exits the Animus.

Customer Review: Great game... during your first run... Summary: 4 StarsAC is a great game but it is quite flawed. The game is brilliant the first time you go through with an amazing story, great atmosphere, and fun gameplay. However, once you finish the game once it gets really annoying when you try going through it again, due especially to the fact that the in-game lectures that provided great backstory the first time through are not skippable. There are also some flaws in the game itself, most famously the fact that the game is quite repetitive, though I don't find the repetition as bad as some other people. In addition to all this, the game is very short at only 7-10 hours, though those 7 hours are very, very fun.
Customer Review: Fun Game Summary: 4 StarsThis is a fun game to play! i would recommend this game to anyone that has an xbox!
