Besides the stupid package that all Microsoft products come in i like everything about this item. After you charge it for the first time (Takes about 6 Hours) It charges quick for hours of use and the wireless is a big plus over the normal headset that comes with the X-Box 360.
If anything that would need to be added i think that a little light stating when the mic is muted would be nice cause when you shut it off on mute it will still be on mute when you turn it on, and if you don't use it for a few days it gets annoying figuring out what it is on.
If you have the extra money to and you want a better headset then the regular one get this. but for the like $59.99 is kinda steep so if you don't have the cash just stick with the one you got in the X-box 360

I got this headset to use with Halo 3, but the mic has problems picking up my voice. I have to talk really loud for it to transmit my voice and even then sometimes it doesn't pick up my voice. I guess I could yell but what's the point of the headset if I have to do that?
I really want to like this headset but I can't give it 5 stars because of the problems I'm having.
I exchanged it for another one and it has the same problems.
I'd edit my review to 2 stars if I could?

I bought this because the wired headset was driving me crazy. I kept getting the wire caught on stuff and yanking out of the controller. I have only used it a couple of times but its very comfortable and the sound quality is better than the standard headset.Customer Review: Microsoft does it again
