This product is great, far better then any games ever played on the computer. I only wish there were more "real time strategy" games available for it. I've also heard complaints that the system is too loud, which I have also found. My solution when I thought it was too loud was to lower the volume on my TV, problem solved. I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. My 5 year old plays it too, so there is a variety of great games. We also play HD movies on it. My only problem is having to buy all the extras. We had to get the cooler, the wireless connector, etc. It seems silly that you get a wireless headset, but the box isn't wireless until you buy the connector. Why can't they just make an all inclusive package, I'd sure buy it!
