My order was processed (<5 minutes) and I got my code in a snap! Worked great for me with no issues whatsoever! Will use this method again. Beats taking the bus somewhere to purchase a code, and great for when I'm at home again, an hour or more from physical purchasing locations.
Pros: Quick and easy! Same price as in person spending without the travel hassle. Easy when you're far away from store locations.
Cons: May induce more Xbox Live spending due to the fact that you can grab more points whenever I want.

I saw some reviews that said it takes forever but it was instantaneous for me. They have you click a link revealing the code about a minute after you purchase it. They might have changed the way they process the codes or something cause I can't see how it took some people multiple hours to get their codes. Either way, it shouldn't take them more than a few minutes for you to get your code, not hours like some of these reviews say. But as you can tell by the rating i gave this "Digital card" It doesnt work very well. The only reason i even tried was because for some odd reason my debit card is not working on Live anymore. So to make this short and sweet do not purchase this digital card. Trust me.
