Customer Review: Entertaining.... for a while....

So I never bought into the whole Halo thing. I played the first one. It was ok, there were better things around to play, so I never played it ever again. The second one was glitchy and full of errors, a total waste of time, again, there were better things to go play (heck, even counting ceiling tiles was more fun). Then this game came out. If it wasn't for the word "halo" in the title, this would be a game soon forgotten. The campaign is boring, repetitive, and can easily be beaten while eating a grilled cheese sandwich in one hand and the controller in the other. Playing split screen with friends is the only halfway fun thing to this game, but even then it gets pretty boring after a while. The maps are reminiscent of old school Tom Clancy maps, but not even the good ones. The weapons are inefficient, I think I would be better throwing pebbles at my enemies than using most of the weapons in this game. Don't even get me started with the online multiplayer. If I wanted to play this mind numbingly repetitive game online, the last thing I would want to do is play it on the un-even matchmaking with a bunch of truant 6th graders. Please, for the love of all things holy, please don't buy this game. If you like first person shooters, I recommend something like Unreal Tournament, Call of Duty, or Rainbow Six. one of my new pet peeves after i got my xbox is how great people think halo is. i have a friend who does not own an xbox and we were talking about halo and i said that halos multiplayer is pretty boring and he replied halo can never get boring really? sure its kind of fun but i can barley keep my interest through one round of slayer. the campaign is short ( 10 levels) but its fun.the story to halo seemed like it would be in a teen game not an m game but i still enjoyed it and co op campaign makes this game a lot easier if you trying to beat it on the higher difficulty. i never play multiplayer its just so pointless the only multiplayer i am interested in is odst's wich to me seems like a lot more fun. so in all halo 3 is a good game that for a while is fun and if you play it ever so often then it will be fun for a while but playing this game too much will make you hate it. multiplayer is crap in my mind and dont plan to spend any time playing online nothing but good old halo campaign for me.p.s if you are a fan of halos multiplayer for some reason dont waste your points on buying new maps for it just wait for odst its gonna have all halo three maps ever plus some new ones and a good multiplayer wow a first!you probably already knew that though.Customer Review: Still not better than the first.

I say its not better than the original not because of the classic first reason. But it isn't better than the first b/c the enemies were more challenging. The elites could heal and truly recover in the first one.Thus making them much much more challenging. However in part two, we started to combat the brutes more and more and now in part 3. Its all brutes for the most part. They provide little to no challenge. Sure they take cover as well, but they do not regain whatever was lost in any fashion at all. So if they are one shot away from dying before they hide for 2hours, they'll still be one shot away from dying when you find them again. Other than that, Halo 3 is pretty much like all the other ones. And the online battles are still aimed towards kids. Its just a matter of getting to the right spots and getting the right items and what not like always.Customer Review: For teenager for xmas 2008

I purchased this game for my teenage son to play with his friends on-line. After a couple weeks, he got bored of it and traded it for another game. Pesonally I have never played the game and don't understand it. Customer Review: haol 3

Halo has done it again, i wasn't sure at frist but they did it they've pulled it off. So if u loved Halo 1 and 2 then you will love Halo 3 hands down.
