Customer Review: Not so hot.. pun intended.

The first one that arrived had two issues.

1) One of the fans didn't spin properly.
2) The lights on one side didn't work.

I returned it without an issue with Amazon.

The second one that arrived worked fine for the first month. Then a few of the lights went out. A few months later the fan started getting noisy. About a year later, the fans are super noisy but I still use it.

Final note: Every Xbox should use an external fan, but I wouldn't buy this product again. It's not too bad, but I bet there is better.

Ok so got this and the one that these guys make that clips onto the back, the one with it's own power source. These 2 things with the new Jasper Xbox 360 and after a marathon Fallout 3 run during they all nighter that they had for it a few weeks ago my Xbox was still as cool as it was when it was powered OFF!!!!!!

This product works great considering when you place the xbox on it, I loud buzzing sounds goes off. However if you just let it make that noise for a while, it will stop and work great.

I purchased this as a gift for my fiance, and it was exactly what he wanted and needed for his Xbox. I thought it was a little pricey, but he loved it and it works great. Its kind of noisy, but it is better than the game system over heating and then needing to be repaired or replaced. It is also nice because it doesn't suck power from the xbox because it has its own power source, which makes it better than the others since they also just drain the power. Overall, I think it is a good investment.
