This game, going on two years since it xbox360 release, is still one of the best xbox360 has to offer. Single player and online pay are just as fun as the day I bought it. Over all I think COD2 is a great game. I'l catagorize the review into a couple of sections
Graphics- The graphics are truly amazing is your playing on a hi definition T.V. But if your not they are still good. You can practicly see the wrinkles on them and even some times there sweat. there faces are very detailed in all the next-Gen systems including the 360. But there is still the often dying with half of your body on 1 side of a wall and the other half on the other but that is the only downside to them.
Gameplay/Replay/fun/chalenge- As I said befor the game is great if your a gamer who is looking for a chalenge you hav to get this. I was at my friends house playin COD3 for the PS3 and COD2 is much better and much more chalenging. But unless you have XBOX live you probably wont be poppin this game once you beat it once so if you dont have XBOX live this game really aint worth it. But if you do your in for a treat. The gameplay on Xbox live is great. They have a large variety of maps to play on but you can only have 8 people in 1 match which lowers the amount of fun you have but its still great.P.S My gammer tag is stuffv777.

I'll try not to repeat too much of what has already been said about this game and get right to the point:
This is without a doubt one of the best made for multiplayer FPS (first person shooter) games ever made for online "live" gaming with other players.
Why? Because:
- The controls are simplistic enough for anyone to learn. There are no complicated button combinations to remember, and you don't need to spend 50 hours studying it just to choose how you want to enter a game.
- The multiplayer interface on Xbox Live is perfect as far as I'm concerned - it's fast (there are no long waits for finding servers, no long load-times), and it is simple / straight-forward.
- There is a certain level of realism to it's action-packed feel. While it might not reach the depths of realism as it's predecessor (CoD3) or other newer games, it's still got plenty to get you caught up in the game. Nearby grenades will blur your vision and make your ears whistle, sniping requires good accuracy (and even makes you take/hold a breath to steady your scope before firing off a long shot), and the sounds give you a good sense of your surroundings / location of other players around you.
I have several new games, such as Gears of War and Call of Duty 3 (both of which are awesome!), but when it comes to jumping into a live match online quickly and just downright fun, CoD2 still takes the cake and I find myself still popping the disc into my Xbox for hours after only playing the other mentioned titles for a little while.
CoD2's controls are much more intuitive than the CoD3, Gears, and others, and the in-game action is much easier to master than those as well. This makes it more fun, less frustration, and you don't have to be a gaming expert to get in there & enjoy it.
By all means, get the other great titles like Gears and CoD3 etc..., but do yourself a big favor and add this one to your collection, you won't be sorry!

The missions were very short. It was way to easy to beat the game even though the few missions were fun. The online play is awesome, there is no other game that is as much fun as Call of Duty 2 to play online. I didn't think it could get much better than the first one but it is. Great Game! It's one of those games you can't quit playing until you beat it.
Alot of action and great Graphics.
If you like these kind of games, this is the one for you.
